CranioSacral Therapy is a holistic healing practice that uses very light touching to balance the craniosacral system which includes the bones, nerves, fluids and connective tissues of the cranium and spinal areas, which, in turn, influences the state of the whole body.

SomatoEmotional Release is a process of releasing emotionally caused energy cysts that become trapped in the tissues, often released during a CranioSacral session.

Lymphatic Drainage is a mobilization of the body's waste removal system to enable more rapid healing of injuries or recovery from surgeries, or simply to enhance circulation.

Swedish Massage is the basis of my "license to touch", being nationally certified by the NCBTMB, A member of ABMP, and licensed by the state of New Mexico, #5439, since September of 2006. It is the traditional manual manipulation of body tissues, usually employing a combination of essential oils, individualized pressure, and a variety of stretches.

Emotional Freedom Technique, (EFT), is a system of releasing unwanted emotional baggage and addictive behaviors by self activation of acupressure points. Just learning this tool is worth way more than the price of admission.

Each session will include any or all of the above accordiing to your body's particular needs.

 

Rates

 Recommended: $1/Minute, Session lasting as long as it takes your body to achieve 'neutral', having let go of of its baggage. (+ $10,Ck/CC)

60 minutes on table:  $80 Check or Card, $10 discount for cash. ($70)
